1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the kf99 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the kf99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

kf99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access the kf99 platform. They are binding regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a kf99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

kf99 may request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any time and at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restriction, or account closure. kf99 uses industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures consistent with responsible gaming best practices.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active kf99 account. Creating, attempting to create, or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. kf99 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kf99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any account balances without compensation.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kf99 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kf99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

kf99 may, at any time, require you to complete identity verification before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

kf99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on promotional periods and operational requirements. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• Processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your kf99 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

• Currency: All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits in other currencies are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days.
• Fees: kf99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Payment provider charges may apply independently.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by kf99 compliance staff following a verified account review.
• KYC requirement: kf99 may require completion of identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete may be held pending verification.
• Wagering requirements: Funds originating from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately within your kf99 account.

4.3 Refused and Reversed Transactions

kf99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms. 5.2 Bonus Abuse and Collusion

Any attempt to exploit kf99 bonuses through coordinated play, matched betting strategies designed to extract guaranteed bonus value without genuine play, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by kf99 at its sole discretion, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds. Repeated or systematic bonus abuse may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kf99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an advantage or to automate betting activity on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in live games, poker, or any other competitive game format offered on kf99.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, as defined in Section 5.2 of these Terms.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming measures, including self-exclusion, by creating new accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider on deposits that have been used for genuine betting activity on kf99.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling, including commercial exploitation or resale of kf99 services.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your kf99 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing conditions. Pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Closure for Breach of Terms

kf99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable laws, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, the full account balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to appropriate authorities.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account dashboard, or to contact support directly. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kf99 will make reasonable attempts to notify you before any dormancy administration fee is applied. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from the account balance of dormant accounts to cover ongoing account maintenance costs, provided the balance remains above zero. kf99 will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero. Dormant account balances may be forfeited after 36 consecutive months of inactivity, subject to applicable requirements.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kf99's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. kf99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
